Booking is quick and secure, both for a New Consultation or Follow- up Consultation.
We offer two types of appointments, both providing a holistic review of your symptoms:
New Consultation: £240
For patients new to Lemala Health, lasting around 45 minutes, via video or telephone.
Follow-up Consultation: £160
For patients seen at Lemala Health within the previous 12 months, lasting around 25 minutes, via video or telephone.

Appointments are offered as secure video or telephone consultations, allowing you to attend from a convenient, private location.
For regulatory reasons, you must be physically located in the UK, Channel Islands or the Isle of Man at the time of your appointment.
Most menopause care can be provided virtually. If an in-person assessment, blood test or examination is needed, we will explain this clearly and guide you through the next steps.
If you have any accessibility or communication needs, please contact us in advance, so we can discuss how to support you.
If you need to change your appointment, you are welcome to cancel or rearrange up to 24 hours beforehand without charge. Appointments changed with less than 24 hours’ notice, or not attended, are chargeable.
