Book your Menopause Consultation

If you're experiencing symptoms such as brain fog, poor sleep, anxiety, low mood, hot flushes or changes in your periods, expert support can make all the difference.

At Lemala Health, our British Menopause Society Registered Specialists provide personalised online care for women experiencing perimenopause, menopause and more complex menopause journeys.

We take time to listen, understand what's happening and help you find the treatment plan that's right for you.

  • You're looking for expert advice about menopause, perimenopause or HRT.

  • You're wondering whether your symptoms could be hormone-related and want clear, personalised guidance.
