Repeat Prescriptions
If you are an existing Lemala Health patient and have had an HRT review with us in the last 12 months, you may be able to request a repeat prescription.
Each request is reviewed by a clinician to make sure your treatment remains safe and appropriate.
How to request a repeat prescription
Book a repeat prescription request
Please book a Repeat Prescription Request appointment below. This is an admin request, not a consultation, and you do not need to attend an appointment.
A £30 non-refundable admin fee applies. This covers the clinical review and arrangement of your prescription where appropriate.
Medication costs are paid separately, directly to the pharmacy.
Complete a short form
After booking, we will email you a short form to confirm your current HRT, what you would like repeated, and whether anything has changed since your last review.
We need this information before we can process your request safely.
Clinical review and prescription
A clinician will review your information and if appropriate, generate your prescription and submit it to the pharmacy.
The pharmacy will then contact you directly with a payment link. Once payment is made, they will process your order and send you confirmation and delivery details.
If a repeat prescription is not suitable, or we feel a review appointment is needed, we will contact you to explain next steps.
